Brilliant company excellent customer service best website for military and Tactical clothing i have come across on line i have shopped with them numerous times fast speedy, dispatch and delivery times

I purchased a hydration pack from this company which unfortunately after 3 months was proven to be of a poor quality. When I sent it back in the hope that they would evaluate and send me a new one I was told that this was not the case. Very disappointed with their customer service team and attitude in general.

Ordered an item which unfortunately didn’t fit me, it was very competitively priced and I believe postage was included in the cost. It was dispatched quickly. I needed to return the item and contacted their customer services who were quick to respond and helpful. The returns process was free and easy. Great customer services, great company. Thank you.

Their 24 hour service is a sham don't use it, much better to use the 48 hour service and pay less, and when you contact them they say the item is showing as being delivered when it hasn't, and when you call them they come up with all sorts of excuses and no solutions I would recommend that if you want any military type equipment or military surplus you use someone else. I have since been in contact and have made other enquiries and it seems as though it is down to the postal service NOT the company the item was sent from, I am awaiting a positive outcome.

Probably worst customer service I ever experienced. Got paid, but then advised they can not ship to my location (although my location was on the shipping list at the time of purchase). No communication, no "sorry", no attempt to find a solution on their part.
I know full well that the Royal Mail ships from the UK to my location. Getting parcels all the time.
Be ware. Stay away.

I ordered a pair of Magnum boots. Quick delivery, but I was out and Royal Mail returned them to the sender. A quick phone call to Ukmcpro who rearranged a redelivery.

Unfortunately I didn't find the boots the best fit, so emailed them regarding a refund. They told me the returns procedures. When I sent the boots back, repayment was organised the same day they arrived with them.

I would have give full marks as the customer service was spot on.

However they do not refund the cost of return. £11 in my case for signed for delivery, which also gave the right insurance cover for the boots.They will reimburse if they made a mistake or if items are faulty.

Ordered on Friday and arrived on Saturday. Even with postage it was twenty quid cheaper than the high street. Brilliant! as I wanted it as a birthday present and the high street store said deliveries were delayed so could be upto two weeks. My son loved it and got it in time and I would recommend and definitely will be using this company again. Excellent service and price.

Ordered 2 Carinthia products in stock I might add - Money immediately debited which goes without saying. A week later I get an email with (wif) no explanation saying I have been refunded (haven't received jack for the moment). My son and my friends are all active duty paras and I will be advising to never buy antthing from UKMC. Foo kin limeys. I'm disgusted (gutted)

Ordered Corinthia jacket which arrived next day by Post Office. Returned next day due to size being too generous for me, a replacement dispatched immediately by Drew same day. Its just arrived following day, once again Post Office. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.
My experience with this company has been A1 and Drew attentive to my transaction. Top draw. Thanks.

An excellent shopping experience....
The quality of the goods, price and delivery have all been fantastic. I would recommend this retailer and have used them before. I have had to return an item, not because of any fault (the item was excellent) but because it didn’t fit properly on my small frame. The customer service was excellent.... the website explained exactly what I needed to do, I returned the item and it was refunded in less than 24 hours. What more can you ask from a trusted online retailer?

Disgusting, argumentative and unhelpful. I will NEVER use this company again. Drew, who provides their "customer service" needs to go on a customer service course.
People wonder why these companies dissappear and go into administration. Very poor service.

I’ve now placed a few orders and each time service has been fast and hassle-free. I really like that the website takes Apple Pay, which means no checkout forms to fill in. I also appreciate that they have kept operating during the Covid lockdown. Well done guys.

Great experience with them.
Ordered a pair of boots, they came really fast, i just realised that I need a different size. Sent tham back, asking for a different size, one day later they sent me an email saying that unfortunatelly not having the requested size and i received the refound in the same day.

I had no problem with the item it's self I returned it because it dident fit right came really fast was happy with that no my problem was when I asked a simple question about if they refunded postage I would have been fine with it if they had said no sorry we don't cover return postage but no a Mr James blamed me on me and said no they won't and was very rude about how he emailed me not happy

Great company, the website tells you what’s in stock and if you try to order more than what is available it won’t add it to your basket.
Decent prices and free postage. I ordered several items and all arrived within 5 days of placing the order.
Would use them in the future if I need anything else.
