This is a fantastic company with outstanding customer support. It's the best site I've found for military and tactical gear online. I've made several purchases from them, and their dispatch and delivery are super quick.

I bought a hydration pack from this brand, but after just three months, it turned out to be pretty low quality. When I returned it, hoping they’d check it out and send me a replacement, I was informed that wasn’t going to happen. I'm really let down by their customer service crew and their overall approach.

I ordered something that, sadly, didn’t fit right. The price was really good, and I think shipping was part of the deal. They sent it out fast. When I had to send it back, I reached out to their customer support, and they got back to me super quick and were really helpful. The whole returns thing was hassle-free and didn’t cost me a dime. Their so-called 24-hour delivery is a joke, seriously don’t bother with it. You’re way better off going for the 48-hour option and saving some cash. When you reach out to them, they claim the package is marked as delivered, but it hasn’t even shown up. And when you call, they just throw out a bunch of excuses without any real solutions. If you’re looking for military gear or surplus, I’d suggest finding another supplier. I’ve been in touch and made further inquiries, and it looks like the issue lies with the postal service, not the company that shipped the item. Fingers crossed for a good resolution.

This is likely the worst customer service I've ever had. I received payment confirmation, but then was told they can't send items to my address (even though it was listed as a valid shipping destination when I bought it). There was zero communication, no apologies, and no effort to resolve the issue from their side. I’m well aware that Royal Mail delivers from the UK to my area. I get packages regularly. Be cautious. Avoid this place.

I got myself a pair of Magnum boots. The shipping was super fast, but since I wasn't home, Royal Mail sent them back to the sender. A quick call to Ukmcpro sorted out a redelivery for me.

Sadly, the boots didn’t fit me quite right, so I shot them an email about getting a refund. They explained the return process to me. Once I sent the boots back, I got my money back the same day they received them.

I would’ve given them top marks because their customer service was excellent.

But here's the catch: they don’t cover the return shipping cost. In my case, it was £11 for the signed delivery, which also included the right insurance for the boots. They’ll only reimburse if they mess up or if the items are faulty.

I placed my order on a Friday, and it showed up the very next day. Even after adding shipping costs, it was twenty pounds less than what I'd find in a regular store. Just awesome! I needed it for a birthday gift, and the local shop warned me that their deliveries were running late, possibly taking up to two weeks. My son was thrilled to receive it right on time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. The service and pricing were top-notch!

I bought 2 Carinthia items that were in stock, just to mention - the cash was taken out right away, as expected. A week later, I receive an email with no details saying I've been refunded (but I haven't seen a dime yet). My son and my pals are all serving paras, and I’ll be telling them to steer clear of UKMC. Bloody limeys. I'm really upset (gutted).

I got the Corinthia jacket and it showed up the very next day via the Post Office. I sent it back the following day because the size was a bit too big for my liking, but Drew sent out a replacement right away. It just came in the next day again, courtesy of the Post Office. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Drew was super attentive throughout the whole process. Top-notch service. Much appreciated!

I had a top-notch shopping experience! The quality of the products, pricing, and shipping were all outstanding. I’d definitely suggest this seller and have shopped with them previously. I did have to send back one item, not due to any issues (the product was great) but because it just didn’t fit my petite frame. The customer support was superb... the site laid out exactly what I needed to do, I sent the item back and got my refund in under a day. What else could you want from a reliable online shop?

Completely revolting, combative, and not at all useful. I will NEVER shop with this company again. Drew, the one handling their so-called 'customer service,' really ought to take a course on how to treat customers. It's no surprise folks question why these businesses vanish and end up in the red. The service here is just terrible.

I've made several purchases now, and every single time the service has been speedy and without any fuss. I truly appreciate that the site accepts Apple Pay, so there’s no need to deal with checkout forms. Plus, I’m grateful they’ve continued to operate during the Covid lockdown. Great job, folks!

Awesome shopping experience! I ordered some boots, and they arrived super quick. Turns out, I need a different size. I sent them back, requesting a new size, and the next day I got an email saying they unfortunately didn’t have what I wanted. But hey, I got my refund the same day!

I had no issues with the product itself; I sent it back because it didn’t fit properly. It arrived super quick, and I was pleased with that. However, my trouble started when I inquired about whether they refund shipping costs. I would’ve been okay if they simply said, 'No, we don’t cover return shipping.' But instead, a Mr. James pointed fingers at me and rudely informed me that they wouldn’t. Not cool at all.

Awesome business! Their site clearly shows what’s available, and if you attempt to buy more than what’s in stock, it won’t let you add it to your cart. Prices are reasonable, plus they offer free shipping. I got a bunch of items, and they all showed up within five days of my order. I’d definitely shop with them again if I need more stuff.
